- All shipping is handled by USPS. The farther away you are from New York, the longer it'll take for your order to arrive.
- WillieShark Shop is closed on major holidays. Any news regarding shipping delays will be displayed on top of the website.
Returns
- If a product you ordered is damaged in the mail, please visit the contact page and send a message within 30 days of when you've received your order. You'll be asked to send a picture through email. I'll be able to assist you with either a replacement or refund regarding your order.
- Items must be in good condition if you like to return it. Any dirty, broken, damaged, or modified items cannot be returned. Please visit the contact page and send a message within 30 days of when you've received your order. Only the cost of the item can be refunded. The cost for shipping will not be covered by WillieShark Shop and has to be shipped by you. Please use the original packaging when returning your order.
- If your package has been marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your local post office. They might have delivered it to the wrong address. Also check the address you've provided for any mistakes or if you forgot a detail like your apartment number or PO box number. Usually packages show up within a week, but it might be a possibility that it was either lost in the mail or stolen. If none of these steps help and it's been a week since your package has been marked as delivered, please visit the contact page.
